District Collector Gyalshing Conducts Inspection on Cleanliness and Employee Attendance

Gyalshing, April 1 (IPR): The District Collector, Gyalshing, Mr Tenzing Dorjee Denzongpa, conducted a thorough inspection of cleanliness and attendance across various departments under District Administration.
During the inspection, District Collector scrutinized the records and inquired about employees who have been continuously absent without prior information or a valid application. He issued strict instructions to the Heads of Departments (HoDs) to immediately report such cases and initiate action as per the provisions.
Additionally, DC inspected sanitation and maintenance of office premises, including restrooms, to ensure a hygienic work environment. He directed concerned officials to maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure that restrooms remain well-stocked with essential supplies. Any lapses in sanitation were instructed to be addressed promptly.
The District Collector reiterated the importance of discipline and accountability in the workplace, emphasizing the need for adherence to service norms.
As part of the inspection, DC visited several departments, including PHE, Excise, Roads & Bridges, Mechanical, Women, Child, Senior Citizen & Divyangjan Welfare Department, DESME, AYUSH, One Stop Centre and All India Nepali Literary Study & Research Centre (Bhanu Shalig).
